It can take a few minutes for a book to be added to your Kindle app. On your Kindle app’s home screen, you can pull down to refresh if the book hasn’t been added to your Kindle app after a few minutes.

If Send to Kindle is running behind, it can take a few hours for Amazon to work through the backlog. You can always read in the BookFunnel app until Send to Kindle delivers your book!

To read in the BookFunnel app:

1. Open the BookFunnel app
2. Tap Library at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap the book cover
4. Tap Start Reading

Send to Kindle will error for one of two reasons:

1. Amazon Send to Kindle is currently down and not accepting any ebook files. Try sending again in a few hours. It is very rare for Send to Kindle to be offline for more than one day.
2. Send to Kindle can’t import the ebook file. Reach out to the BookFunnel help desk! We have a few tricks up our sleeves that can help a file get accepted by Send to Kindle. Just email help@bookfunnel.com and include these three important bits: 1) The book title 2) the author’s name, and 3) Send to Kindle rejects the file. We’ll make some magic happen!
