The chapter may not have downloaded completely. Downloading the book again should correct the problem!

To download the audiobook:

1. Open the BookFunnel app and tap Library.
2.  Tap-and-hold the book cover and tap Remove from Device.
3. Tap Download again and watch the progress bar as it downloads the audiobook. This may take a few minutes for a long book.
4. When it is finished downloading, tap Start Listening or Continue Listening.

You can use the Chapter list to jump ahead to the correct place in the book if necessary.

Are you using Airpods? Your audio may be set on “spatial audio”.

To disable spatial audio:

1. Wear your AirPods, and make sure they’re connected to your iPhone or iPad
2. Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to open Control Center
3. Press and hold the volume control, then tap Spatial Audio
4. Set spatial audio to Off
